Every story has a beginning. Arabesques Jewels was founded in 2006. Our passion resulted in an extensive range of fashion and sterling silver jewellery. Each design was chosen with care and imagination.
Over the years, we expanded into magnetic and SOS jewellery. We realised that the many items in the current market were practical, but mundane and not very attractive or exciting, with the majority being unisex designs.
So, as every dream starts with a dreamer, we began our mission to design and create our own innovative designs of SOS jewellery. Medi Safe by Arabesques Jewels was born.
Our aim is to make each and every customer feel the best they can, despite any conditions, large or small. We believe their jewellery should be an expression of their own individual style, not purely a practical solution to their health conditions.
We want our jewellery to give customers confidence, to give them a sense of freedom and security so they can make the most of what life has to offer. At the same time, feeling safe in the knowledge that their vital details are secure within the waterproof capsule, but still easily accessible in an emergency.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.The customer must cover the return postage costs. Returns must be sent with tracked delivery; we are not responsible for any items that go missing during the return postage process.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
